Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in NeoLoad to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing performance testing strategies for enterprise applications, identifying performance bottlenecks, and ensuring applications meet scalability, reliability, and availability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end performance testing for Web, API, and Enterprise applications.
- Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and create workload models.
- Develop, maintain, and execute performance scripts using NeoLoad.
- Monitor application, database, server, and infrastructure performance during test execution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance issues.
- Validate scalability, reliability, and stability before production deployment.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards.




- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Create and maintain Splunk dashboards and alerts.
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Work in Agile environments and contribute throughout the SDLC.
