Role & responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) System.
- Prepare and enforce inspection and testing procedures.
- Review and manage QA/QC inspection and test reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Witness laboratory and field tests and verify test results.
- Inspect and approve construction materials before use.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).




- Assist the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer in reviewing and updating method statements and work procedures.
- Plan and conduct quality audits on construction activities.
- Supervise and monitor contractors' QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely implementation.
- Provide QA/QC guidance and training to site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Maintain all QA/QC documentation, records, and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 years of experience with B. Tech. in Civil is mandatory with masters degree being desirable.
