Job Summary

- The Service Executive will be responsible for handling installation, servicing, and maintenance of products, along with resolving customer issues efficiently.
- This role involves regular field visits and direct interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and maintain products at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Interact with customers to understand service requirements
- Provide guidance to customers on product usage and maintenance
- Ensure timely completion of service requests
- Maintain records of service activities and customer visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and support




- Follow company service standards and safety guidelines Requirements
- 12th or Diploma or Bachelors degree in field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in service or similar industry
- Preference for candidates with same industry background
- Basic knowledge of RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems or related field preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel locally
