Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end process of credit risk assessment of entities

across multiple sectors, involving the analysis of company-specific

and sectoral data, besides engagement with the management teams

of the rated entities, while upholding the analytical standards set out

in ICRAs rating methodologies.

2. Ideate and drive the team towards authoring relevant and timely

research for the identified sectors.

3. Lead a team of 3-5 analysts and drive a culture of excellence in the

twin areas of analytical quality and operational efficiency.

4. Demonstrate ability and readiness to contribute as a Rating

Committee member

5. Ensure that the rating activity requirements spelled out by the

regulators and ICRAs internal policies,



procedures, and codes of

conduct, are adhered to by self and the team members.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant

Experience 8-10 years of relevant experience

- Expertise in credit risk analysis
- Ability to understand and track sectoral developments

Behavioral Competencies

- Excellent team management skills
- Excellent client interaction skills, and ability to build and maintain

client relationships

- Ability to handle tight timelines
