We are seeking a Nursing Quality Executive to support quality improvement initiatives, monitor nursing standards, conduct audits, ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, and promote patient safety. Experience

MSc / BSc Nursing, either with 3-5 years' experience in quality management

Language Known

Malayalam and English

Skills

- Registered Nurse (B.Sc./GNM) with a valid nursing license.

- Knowledge of hospital quality standards and accreditation (NABH/JCI preferred).

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.





- Experience in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
