Design and Prototyping drives the creation and launch of recent items by handling concept design, prototyping, testing, and production scaling. Core duties include managing technical specifications

- Develop 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings for vehicle subsystems.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to optimize vehicle parts.

Supply Chain and Manufacturing

- Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers on tooling, component sourcing, and technical specifications.
- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Optimize material selection for lightweighting, structural integrity, and cost reduction.
