We’re looking for a full-time Transaction Coordinator who loves organization, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. If you’re an experienced Idaho TC who wants to grow with a supportive, positive team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

- Manage real estate transactions from pending to closed

- Oversee listing coordination (MLS entry, document prep, marketing materials)

- Communicate and coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies

- Review, organize, and process documentation for accuracy and compliance

- Track timelines to ensure deadlines are met and contingencies released

- Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, and signings

- Enter and coordinate commissions

- Build relationships within the Idaho real estate community

What You'll Bring

- At least 1 year of Idaho Transaction Coordinator experience

- Familiarity with Idaho real estate contracts

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

- Clear, professional communication (written & verbal)

- A calm, positive attitude (even on the busiest days)

- Meticulous attention to detail





- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience

- Bonus points if you’ve used: Open to Close, Skyslope, Brokermint, Command, Paperless Pipeline, Docusign, or Dotloop

The Details

- Full-time, 40 hrs/week — no nights or weekends

- Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 to start, with potential for increase based on experience and performance

- Remote / Work from home (we provide necessary office equipment)
