Job Title: Non-Technical Recruiter Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and business roles.

Understand hiring requirements by partnering with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews, onboarding new candidates

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Negotiate compensation and manage the offer rollout process.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Meet hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire. Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Development or other non-technical roles.

Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Skills

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Experience with ATS/HRMS tools.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
