Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions.

- Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time/Permanent staffing requirements.

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and required skill sets.

- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Use effective Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates.

- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, availability, work authorization, and job requirements.

- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates communication skills and suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and onboarding.

- Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability for the required start dates.





- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified US Non-IT professionals.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1–3 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment or US Staffing.

- Good understanding of US staffing processes and employment types such as Contract, C2H, and Full-Time.

- Familiarity with US work authorization categories is preferred.

- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and recruitment databases.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
