Role Description - The NOC Engineer role at Sixth Energy Technologies Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Bangalore. In this role, the NOC Engineer monitors and manages network and system performance, responds to alerts, and ensures uptime for critical services.

The NOC Engineer investigates incidents, performs root cause analysis, and coordinates issue resolution to minimize service disruption. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling technical support requests related to network infrastructure, executing routine maintenance tasks, updating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The role also involves adhering to security policies, following escalation procedures, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying alerts with customers through calling and CCTV verification.

:

- (Semi - Voice Process) Make outbound voice calls to customers for alert verification
- Simultaneously verify CCTV footage to confirm alerts
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and issues
- Provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints within time limits
- Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Flexible enough to prepare MIS reports as per customer request.
- Share updates with the service team to ensure prompt resolution

Work Schedule:

- Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- Flexible to work in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week offs as per roster requirement

Requirements:

- Any graduate (Diploma/Degree) 0-1 year of experience
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry (Preferred – Not must)
