Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and services 24×7 using network monitoring tools. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and connectivity issues.

Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant support teams as per defined procedures. Perform first-level diagnosis of IP network problems and service outages.

Track, update, and close trouble tickets within agreed service levels (SLAs).

Monitor network performance, utilization, and availability to ensure optimal operation.

Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers during fault resolution activities. Maintain accurate records of incidents, outages, and maintenance activities.

Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and planned maintenance activities. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and service quality.
