We are looking for a driven, hands-on all-rounder who can build things from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, wearing multiple hats, and turning ideas into execution.

Location : Delhi - Jhandewalan

Salary Range : 35,000-40,000 per month

Key responsibilities :

- Work on new and emerging ventures beyond core business operations.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute business ideas from 0 to 1 with a strong focus on scalability and impact
- Conduct in-depth market research, including analysis of vendors, product lines, and business segments to identify opportunities
- Build structured execution roadmaps and drive end-to-end project implementation across functions
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and new business lines
- Interact with customers, vendors,



and internal teams to gain on-ground insights and ensure seamless coordination
- Take ownership of projects, build processes from scratch, and ensure timely execution

Requirements :

- 1 year of experience in a startup environment or Founder’s Office role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on execution mindset
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environments
- Smart, articulate, and confident communicator with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Solid research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
