1. NSO Head is responsible for timely opening of stores for Nilkamal Homes (COCO&FOFO;) as per the Business Plans.
2. He will be responsible for site visits understanding and listing out the scope of work required for each site.
3. He will be responsible for creating budgets for COCO stores along with the projects team and the business team.
4. He will be responsible for reviewing the documentation part and record maintenance and procuring NOC from stake holders.
5. He will be responsible for co-ordination with various stake holders and support functions for creating layout, merchandising plans, man power recruitments,



training, project execution, marketing activations for launch, timely Dispatch of materials at the site implementing operational guidelines required for the new stores and franchisee co-ordination wherever required. He will be responsible for setting up the required safety and security systems and compliances in alignment with the respective departments.
6. He will be responsible for resource planning along with the respective Regional Heads for store opening.
7. He should be able to develop a working relationship with the Land lords and handle conflicts at the time of store opening.
8. He will have to handle the store till opening and hand over the stores to the Regional Operations Manager post opening of the store.
