This Job Posting is being made on behalf of Client in manufacturing of Lithium-Ion Batteries About the Company: Soar Renewable Energy Private Limited is a Mumbai-based lithium-ion battery pack manufacturer (est. 2020) with an operational assembly facility in Bhiwandi producing NMC and LFP packs in cylindrical, prismatic, and pouch formats for EV (2W/3W), solar street lighting, BESS, and drone applications.

Industry: Lithium-ion Battery Pack Manufacturing (EV 2W/3W, Solar, BESS) Experience: 2-5 years

CTC / Salary Range: ₹6–9 LPA

Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai | Plant: Bhiwandi (2–3 days/week during development cycles) : Product Development: Translate customer specifications into pack configurations, considering cell selection, BMS matching, and thermal considerations.

Technical Proposal and Documentation: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, including BOM costing, pricing worksheets, and technical compliance statements.

Testing and Certification: Own the sample cycle, manage prototype builds, and drive customer-side validation. Manage the certification roadmap, including AIS-156 test planning and BIS registration.

Sample Cycle Ownership: Coordinate prototype builds, manage internal testing, and drive customer validation and feedback loop.

Certification Roadmap Management: Plan AIS-156 tests with NABL/ICAT labs, manage BIS registration, and maintain test report repositories for tender eligibility

Vendor Evaluation and Negotiation: Evaluate recent cells,



BMS vendors, and materials, including sampling, benchmarking, and technical negotiations.

Product Master Maintenance: Maintain product master data, including standard pack SKU documentation, datasheets, and version control.

Support the Business Development team in customer technical meetings as the in-house technical voice.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma with substantial relevant industry experience.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry experience working with lithium-ion battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV powertrain components, or battery testing and validation. (Academic projects and internships alone will not be considered as qualifying experience.)

Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOMs), cost sheets, and technical documentation, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Sound understanding of lithium-ion battery safety principles and certification standards, including AIS-156 and IEC/BIS testing categories, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.

Willingness to work across both corporate office and manufacturing environments, with regular travel to the Bhiwandi manufacturing facility.

Strong written English communication skills for preparing datasheets, proposals, technical reports, and customer-facing documentation.
