Are you passionate about creating innovative beauty products and managing the complete journey from concept to launch?

Fine Wine Cosmetics is looking for a New Product Development Executive to join our team and drive innovation in the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Fulltime & Onsite position

Experience: 1+ year and more

? Qualification: Cosmetic Science, Cosmetology, Product Management, Chemistry, Biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or related field

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from idea generation to commercial launch.
- Coordinate formulation development for skincare and colour cosmetics with manufacturing partners.
- Lead packaging development, including primary containers, secondary packaging, monocartons, artwork, labels and barcode generation.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and consumer insight analysis to support product strategy.
- Coordinate with Design, Marketing, Sales and Creative teams for successful product launches.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, quotations, timelines and performance.
- Handle regulatory documentation including CDSCO, FDA, QA/QC documentation and product compliance.




- Plan and execute sampling, pilot batches, scale-up trials, stability studies and product evaluations.
- Track project timelines, budgets, approvals and launch milestones.
- Ensure cross-functional communication for timely execution of multiple NPD projects.
