Provide L3 support for critical network security incidents and escalations. Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions using Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, and AlgoSec. Perform advanced troubleshooting of firewall, VPN, NAT, routing, and connectivity issues.

Lead firewall migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects. Configure and support High Availability (HA) environments. Review, optimize, and maintain firewall security policies and rule bases. Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and firewall compliance reviews.

Manage and optimize AlgoSec workflows for policy automation, risk analysis, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with Security Operations, Network, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams on security initiatives. Support change management activities and ensure implementation of security best practices.

Analyze security incidents and recommend remediation measures. Create and maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational documentation.



Participate in major incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).

Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.

8+ years of experience in Network Security Operations and Engineering.

Robust hands-on experience with: Palo Alto Firewalls

Check Point Firewalls

Cisco ASA

AlgoSec

Experience managing large enterprise security environments.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience working in ITIL-driven environments.
