Network Engineer

Experience: 7–15 Years

Location: Bangalore / Kochi

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, network security, and data center/network operations with the ability to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage network security, access controls, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support data center networking, redundancy, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams during infrastructure upgrades and deployments.




- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for network incidents.
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper/Arista)
- Experience with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, MPLS
- Knowledge of Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)
- Experience with VPN, NAT, ACLs, DNS, DHCP
- Hands-on with Load Balancers (F5/Citrix) is a plus
- Experience in Network Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.)
- Good understanding of Network Security and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience in enterprise or data center environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA / CCNP
- JNCIA / JNCIP
