Position: Network Engineer – L1

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Provide Level-1 technical support and resolve network incidents.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 support team.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintain incident logs and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with field engineers for installation and fault resolution.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Networking (Freshers with strong networking knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN,



Routing & Switching.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik devices is preferred.
- CCNA certification (preferred).

Skills Required

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel, if required.
