Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network SME with deep expertise in enterprise networking and network security. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in switching, routing, and firewall technologies, along with exposure to SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), Load Balancers, and Azure Cloud networking. The candidate will be responsible for L3 support, solution implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.
- Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot complex network and security solutions.
- Lead the resolution of P1/P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Plan and execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, and service providers to resolve critical issues.
- Ensure network performance, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, implementation plans, and RCA reports.
- Participate in on-call support and change management activities.

Required Experience

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Switching, Routing, and Firewall technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), Load Balancers, and Azure Cloud networking.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-site environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and implementation experience at the L3 level.
