We are looking for a Network SME with solid experience in Juniper LAN technologies to support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.

- Switch Replacement

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/network issues.

- Configure and maintain Juniper switches.

- Monitor network health using Mist Wired Assurance.

- Handle L2/L3 network incidents and escalations.

- Perform network changes, maintenance, and switch replacements.

- Conduct RCA and maintain technical documentation.

- Ensure SLA compliance and high network availability.

Preferred

- JNCIA-Junos or JNCIS-ENT Certification.

- Experience in enterprise or data center environments.

- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
