Role Overview :

As a Network Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of our global IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our distributed network environments. You will work closely with the global IT operations team to design, maintain, and secure our network architecture, directly impacting the speed and reliability of our immigration processing platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization, ensuring that our international offices remain securely connected and operational around the clock.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable network architectures to support our growing international operations and data requirements.
- Manage end-to-end routing and switching configurations to ensure optimal traffic flow and minimal latency across global sites.
- Enforce rigorous network security protocols by configuring and maintaining firewalls to protect sensitive client data from external threats.
- Conduct regular system administration tasks on Linux and Windows Server environments to maintain server health and resource availability.
- Utilize advanced network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they impact business operations.




- Execute complex troubleshooting procedures to diagnose and rectify connectivity issues across diverse hardware and software platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems meet current security and performance standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex network environments, including advanced routing, switching, and firewall administration.
- Proven ability to maintain and secure both Linux and Windows Server infrastructures in a high-uptime environment.
- Strong analytical skills in network troubleshooting, with a track record of resolving critical infrastructure incidents efficiently.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing industry-standard network monitoring tools to ensure 24/7 system visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Qualified certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly valued as evidence of technical proficiency.
- Capability to work effectively in a distributed, multi-location environment, demonstrating self-management and adaptability to remote or hybrid workflows.
- A minimum of 3 to 12 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, specifically within network-centric roles.
