We are seeking an experienced

NetSuite Functional Architect with 12+ years of expertise in NetSuite implementations, solution architecture, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge across key NetSuite modules, lead end-to-end implementation projects, define scalable business solutions, support presales initiatives, and build trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation, enhancement, rollout, and optimization projects.

- Design scalable and best-practice NetSuite solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional solution designs.

- Prepare solution architecture documents, functional design specifications, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.

- Provide functional leadership across multiple projects while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate customizations, integrations, workflows, SuiteScript requirements, and third-party solutions.

- Drive solution governance, risk management,



and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor functional consultants and provide guidance on best practices and solution design.

- Perform solution reviews, testing support, UAT coordination, and production deployment planning.

- Stay updated with recent NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of Netsuite ERP consulting experience.

- Strong expertise in ARM, R2R, P2P, O2C, and SuiteBilling modules.

- Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

- Strong business process consulting and solution architecture capabilities.

- Experience working with global clients across multiple industries.

- Knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and role-based security.

- Good understanding of NetSuite integrations and customization approaches.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
