- Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework (.Net Core Version 6 And Above)
- Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Proficient in, XUnit, and multithreading
- Solid understanding and practical implementation of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Exposure to TDD, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Web APIs, and Web Services is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
- Strong design thinking and technical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor and guide the project team on technical matters
- Async Programming, Solid in Oops Concepts, Writing Unit Test, Web API, MV
