About Position:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Developer with strong expertise in AWS, AI-driven solutions, Microservices, and Enterprise Application Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications while leading technical teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. This role requires a combination of hands-on development, solution architecture, team leadership, and innovation using modern technologies.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy Microservices-based architectures.
- Develop secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions on AWS.
- Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation features into business applications.
- Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technology selection discussions.
- Lead technical teams and mentor developers on coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term technical solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-11 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS,



CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities, AI services, or intelligent automation solutions into enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding practices.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
