ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, establishing best practices, and guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#)

—

Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices

—

Lead the design of microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems

—

Collaborate with stakeholders (product, business, and engineering teams) to translate requirements into technical solutions

—

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimizations

—

Drive cloud adoption strategies (Azure/AWS) including PaaS, IaaS, and serverless solutions

—

Ensure application security, compliance, and data protection practices are embedded in design

—

Mentor and guide developers, tech leads, and junior architects

—

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve system performance and developer productivity

—

Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategie

—

Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and provide strategic solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

—





6+ years of experience in software development with at least 5–7 years in architecture roles.

Strong expertise in

—

.NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+

—

C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API

—

RESTful API design and development

—

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms

—

Experience designing microservices and distributed architecture

—

Strong knowledge of

—

Design patterns (SOLID, CQRS, Event-driven architecture)

—

API gateways, messaging systems (Kafka, Service Bus, RabbitMQ)

—

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MariaDB, MongoDB)

—

Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)

—

Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

—

Experience with security best practices (OAuth, JWT, identity management)

—

Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)

—

Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

—

Experience in high-availability, large-scale enterprise systems

—

Knowledge of AI/ML integration or data platforms is a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.



Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
