This is a senior, national-level mandate for a civil engineering leader who will own the organization's technical valuation framework - the discipline that ensures every loan is backed by legally sound, structurally verified, and accurately valued collateral. Roles & Responsibilities

Define and govern technical eligibility standards across Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Affordable Housing, MSME-linked, and Commercial collateral

Own end-to-end vendor governance for a nationwide panel of empanelled valuers — onboarding, performance review, and de-empanelment where standards are not met

Lead technical due diligence on high-value and complex proposals, acting as the final point of escalation for exceptional cases

Drive portfolio-level risk analytics, including variance analysis between vendor and internal valuations, to identify inflation trends and fraud indicators

Lead process modernization — GIS, geo-tagging, image analytics,



and AI-enabled valuation workflows

Build and lead a team of Regional Technical Managers, standardizing methodology and practice across geographies

Ensure full alignment with RBI, NHB, and RERA regulatory requirements, and support internal audit and statutory audit processes Ideal Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech (or Diploma) in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

12–18 years of experience in technical valuation, mortgage lending, housing finance, or NBFC environments

Minimum 5 years leading a zonal or national technical function

Demonstrated experience across LAP, Home Loans, Affordable Housing, and Commercial Property valuations

Proven exposure to policy formulation and vendor management at scale

Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to balance risk discipline against business growth objectives On Offer
