Role & Responsibilities
- Assist clients and Relationship Managers with mutual fund services.
- Process mutual fund transactions (SIP, purchase, redemption, switch, etc.).
- Handle client queries, documentation, and portfolio updates.
- Coordinate with AMCs/RTAs for transaction processing.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with AMFI/SEBI guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mutual fund operations/sales.
- Positive knowledge of mutual fund products and AMCs/RTA platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and back-office operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
