About Us

Robert Bruckmayer Music Production is an international music production company creating original music and audio for video games, films, television, trailers and commercial media.

Our work includes collaborations with leading game developers, publishers and entertainment companies, delivering cinematic music and premium audio experiences for productions worldwide.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Music Production Manager who will become the operational backbone of our production pipeline.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production process between clients, composers, sound designers and the company.

This is not a composing position.

Instead, your role is to ensure projects move smoothly from client briefing through creative production to final delivery while maintaining the highest production standards.

- You will work directly with composer and producers and gradually take ownership of production management across multiple projects.

ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Coordinate music and audio production projects from start to finish.
- Track deadlines, milestones and deliveries.
- Maintain project schedules and production timelines.
- Organize production documentation.

Composer & Contractor Management
- Communicate with composers, producers and sound designers.
- Send creative briefs and production guidelines.
- Collect, organize and hand out project deliverables.




- Coordinate revisions and feedback.

Client Communication
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients.
- Provide project updates.
- Communicate revision requests.
- Maintain professional client relationships.

Creative Production Support
- Organize feedback rounds.
- Keep track of music versions and revisions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications.
- Coordinate final approvals before delivery.

Delivery Management
- Deliver music and audio assets to publishers and clients.
- Organize metadata, filenames and project folders.
- Ensure delivery requirements are satisfied.
- Archive completed projects.

Required
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with project management
