Description

We are looking for the multi Tasking Technicians.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks across multiple systems
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to address maintenance challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
- Assist in preventive maintenance programs and inspections
- Identify and report potential hazards in the workplace

Requirements

- Proven experience as a technician in maintenance or similar role
- Robust knowledge of various maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
