About the Role

At Inaikaah, we create thoughtfully designed residential, commercial, educational, retail, and other spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Multi-Purpose Executive to support various operational, coordination, and administrative activities within the studio. An interior design background is not required for this role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
- Assist the Owner with her day-to-day coordination and meetings
- Maintain records, trackers, and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Support presentations, data management, and business-related requirements.
- Handle multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Learn and adapt to new software tools and processes as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Other relevant software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good attention to detail with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
