JD:

- Technical Skills: •Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms •Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting and planning •Advanced knowledge of strategy frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porters Five Forces). •Competence in business intelligence tools and scenario planning.
- Qualified Experience: •9-10 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role •Proven track record of designing and implementing successful business strategies •Soft Skills: •Experience in leading high-stakes projects and managing cross-functional teams. •Background in scaling operations or expanding into new markets. •Exposure to diverse industries or global market environments. •Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities •Develop and implement strategic plans to drive adoption of Adobe Digital Media solutions across enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and improving value realization. •Collaborate with key collaborators to identify growth opportunities, analyze usage trends, and implement targeted initiatives to enhance engagement and success metrics within customer organizations. •Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands. •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. •Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) to evaluate the success of strategies and recommend adjustments as needed. •Identify inefficiencies within business operations and propose solutions to streamline processes. •Work closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize critical initiatives. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to implement strategies effectively. •Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide actionable insights. •Identify and evaluate new business models and revenue streams. •Communicate and coordinate well with Customer team members as well as consultants and managers
