1. Purchase Planning & Procurement
- Coordinate the procurement of pumps, dosing pumps, motors, bearings, mechanical spares, and related equipment.
- Source materials as per technical specifications, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Obtain and compare quotations from approved and new vendors.

- Technical Understanding

- Possess basic to valuable mechanical knowledge of pumps, dosing pumps, motors, bearings, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
- Understand technical specifications, capacities, models, sizes, materials, and applications.
- Coordinate with the technical/maintenance team for clarification of technical requirements.

- Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.




- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, price, delivery performance, and service support.

- Purchase Order & Documentation

- Prepare and release purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure correct specifications, quantities, rates, taxes, delivery terms, and payment terms are mentioned.
- Maintain proper purchase records and vendor documentation.

- Delivery & Follow-up

- Monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of material.
- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, production, and accounts departments.
