Manager/Sr. Manager Product (website) – Sales & Marketing

II. JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with business managers on digital maintenance of product.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Max Healthcare websites.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted website performance.
- Coordinate regular website maintenance, issue resolution, bug tracking, and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely implementation of content, functional, and technical updates.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to build, test, and launch new website features.
- Manage sprint planning, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation.
- Ensure releases are delivered on time with minimal business disruption.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to improve user journeys and conversion rates.
- Monitor website KPIs and performance metrics.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

Btech in IT/CS / MBA preferred

Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Behavioural Skills

should be able to perform in a highly dynamic environment.
- Sharp analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Technical Skills

- ? 5–8 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Website Product Management, or Digital Platforms.
- ? Proven experience managing large-scale websites or customer-facing digital products.
- ? Robust understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, and web architecture.
- ? Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ? Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics platforms.
- ? Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization.

? Experience coordinating with technology teams, designers, QA, and external vendors.
