Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, product knowledge, and training programs for client-facing staff.

Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry as a Relationship Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of BDM (Business Development Management) principles and practices.
- Excellent lead generation skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
