- Manage and service existing partner accounts while consistently strengthening relationships
- Onboard and activate recent B2B partners to expand the network
- Drive maximum business output from partner agents through proactive engagement and conversion-focused support
- Ensure timely sharing of suitable program options with partners
- Oversee end-to-end application processing within defined timelines
- Follow up to ensure offer letters are received promptly
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of credibility interviews
- Monitor and facilitate timely fee payments
- Resolve all partner queries efficiently and within agreed timelines
- Act as a key liaison between the Admissions Team and partner network
- Consistently achieve and exceed departmental targets
- Extensive travelling will be required in the field
