- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new Finance SaaS Functional Consultants and Analysts.
- Conduct training on Finance SaaS modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Develop troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case management capabilities.
- Create and maintain training curricula, job aids, knowledge articles, and assessments.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Product and Knowledge Management teams.
Analyze performance metrics and deliver targeted coaching interventions
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of ERP / SaaS support, implementation, consulting, or training experience.
- 2+ years of Finance & Accounting SaaS product training experience.
- Robust understanding of Finance & Accounting business process
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms such as:
- Quick Books
- Sage
- Netsuite
- Zoho
