Job Summary : We are looking for a Quality Control Chemist with hands-on experience in HPLC/GLP/GC/Chemical analysis for pharmaceutical products.

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Chemists and QC Microbiologists to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in analytical testing of pharmaceutical products using HPLC, GC, GLP practices, chemical analysis, and microbiological testing. The role involves ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP requirements and maintaining high-quality standards for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

For Quality Control Chemist

- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, and other laboratory equipment.
- Conduct chemical analysis as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, worksheets, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and data integrity requirements.
- Participate in method validation, method transfer, and calibration activities.




- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and laboratory deviations.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure timely completion of testing activities.

For QC Microbiologist

- Perform microbial analysis of raw materials, finished products, purified water, and environmental monitoring samples.
- Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and growth promotion testing.
- Perform environmental monitoring of manufacturing and aseptic areas.
- Prepare media, maintain microbial cultures, and ensure laboratory compliance.
- Review microbiological records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and microbiological quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology) or B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
- 2-7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory.
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, GLP documentation, chemical analysis, or microbiological testing.
- Positive understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
