Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field and plant operations at our C&D; waste processing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising operational activities, coordinating with plant teams, monitoring manpower, and ensuring the smooth movement and processing of materials while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily field and plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor the collection, unloading, processing, and movement of Construction & Demolition (C&D;) waste materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Maintenance, and Plant teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Supervise manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity at the plant and field locations.
- Ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished products within the plant.
- Conduct regular inspections of operational areas and report any issues affecting productivity or safety.
- Maintain daily operational records, site reports, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and basic workplace safety practices.
- Report operational challenges to management and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support the management team in achieving daily production and operational targets.




- Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Diploma or certification in Operations, Civil, Mechanical, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in field supervision, plant operations, site coordination, or industrial operations.
- Experience in waste management, recycling, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial plants will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and field teams.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.
- Willingness to work in plant and field environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
