Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the medical devices & equipment industry.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and address customer concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop effective sales plans and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or medical device sales.
- Robust understanding of the medical devices & equipment industry trends, products/services offered by competitors.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels; ability to articulate complex technical information simply.
