Functional Consultant

- Senior, highly experienced resource with hands-on experience of D365 Customer Insights Must have previous implementation experience in Insurance.

- This person to be adaptable and carry out the core aspects of delivery i.e. Set up the application and other core out of the box configurations (importantly noting – not the actual 40 campaigns which will be set up by the USA SMEs).

- This person should also be experienced at supporting a reference data load into CI where the US team will provide fully mapped data from their own DataBricks source, noting the data mapping will be done by Hiscox. If custom tables are identified as required (this will be known in next 2 weeks) it is assumed this would be minimal, and supportable within this allocation of resource (or would be discussed with SGS)

- Provide test support and where needed, execution of the business led campaign creation work and the data load aspect - if project momentum dictates, we require a separate test resource, this would be discussed at that point.
