Role Overview

As an MS Dynamics CRM Architect at Hexaware, you will serve as the technical authority for high-stakes enterprise implementations. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions, leading the design and delivery of robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

Working closely with global clients, cross-functional engineering teams, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure that our CRM strategies drive measurable business outcomes, improve customer engagement, and maintain technical excellence across the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with client business objectives and technical standards to ensure long-term scalability.
- Lead the design and integration of Power Platform components, including Power Pages and Copilot, to enhance user experience and automate complex business workflows.




- Provide technical governance and oversight for development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps and functional specifications.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor within the CRM practice.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-driven features to keep client solutions at the forefront of industry standards.

Required Skillset

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations with a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Proven ability to design and deploy Power Pages and integrate AI-powered Copilot features to solve complex enterprise-level business problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Strong leadership capabilities, having managed distributed teams and complex project deliveries for 12 to 20 years in a professional services workplace.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones.
- A strategic mindset focused on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and secure software solutions that provide measurable value to the business.
