2. Weekly, monthly report preparation of molding & moulds.
3. Daily & Weekly work allocation based on priority & Tool makers.
4. Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance plan & effective implementation.
5. Trial planning along with molding venders.
6. Product inspection & validation & quality confirmation during trials.
7. Mould correction/Breakdown maintenance quotation approval & Po making.
8. Bill received & payment clearing of venders for mould maintenance work & follow with accounts.
9. Make sure all the mould should run with 100% efficiency
10. All the mould correction or breakdown work need to be inspected at Tool makers end before lifting the mould.

Always make sure the mould should run effectively & there should not be repetitive problems.
12. Root cause analysis of any problem & effective maintenance of moulds.
13. Cycle time reduction & cost saving at least 1mould in a month without affecting the product quality.
14. Monthly breakdown analysis, maintenance expenses mould wise need to be submitted to Dept. Head.
15. Current Tool maker/Molder/Polisher needs to develop for better maintenance work & cost effective molding.
16. Cost saving in mould maintenance need to be monitor with proof & submit month wise.
