About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to bring our mobile app and brand to life through engaging, high-quality animations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of motion design, UI animations, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create smooth, modern, and premium animations for both the app and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations.
- Create engaging animations for the mobile app, including:
- Onboarding screens
- Splash screens
- UI transitions
- Micro-interactions
- Loading animations
- Feature demonstrations
- In-app promotional animations
- Produce promotional videos and animated content for social media.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX and product team to create seamless user experiences.
- Maintain consistency with the app’s branding and design language.
- Optimize animations for mobile performance without compromising quality.
- Deliver assets in multiple formats suitable for Android, iOS, and marketing platforms.
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro




- Figma
- Lottie (Bodymovin)
- Knowledge of animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.
- Experience creating animations for mobile applications.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile UI/UX.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Rive animations.
- Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Experience creating app explainer videos.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Familiarity with exporting assets for developers (JSON/Lottie, GIF, MP4, SVG).
