Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Motion Graphic Designer.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will develop and animate compelling motion graphics for ads, SaaS explainer videos, branded content, and social media assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative leads to interpret briefs, storyboarding and designing visual concepts, creating animations and transitions, and preparing assets for video editors. The role involves refining designs based on feedback, ensuring visual consistency across projects, and optimizing graphics for various platforms and formats.

The Motion Graphic





Designer will also contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling, conversion-focused design, and overall production workflows.

Qualifications

Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create smooth, engaging animations.

Experience in Video Production, including understanding of pacing, timing, and integration of graphics into edited video.

Solid visual skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a robust sense of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion/graphic applications).

Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate effectively in a remote environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work for ads, explainer videos, or branded content;

experience with SaaS or performance marketing is a plus.

Knowledge of best practices for social video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.

Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in motion design, animation, graphic design, or a related field.
