Motion Graphics Designer

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-Time)

What You'll Do

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Research teams to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design high-quality motion graphics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
- Create engaging animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and product creatives that align with the Intellipaat brand.
- Develop pixel-perfect creatives optimised for web, mobile, and various digital channels.
- Translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories through motion design.
- Present creative concepts and effectively communicate design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends,



animation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colour palettes, and overall visual identity across all marketing assets.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, preferably in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Advertising Agencies, or E-learning.
- Robust proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe Audition.
- Experience creating engaging video content for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Google Web Designer is an added advantage.
