About the Role

Focus: Innovation, AI-driven workflows, and creative experimentation.

We’re looking for a highly creative Motion Designer with 3+ years of skilled experience who can craft compelling motion-led stories across ads, promos, microdramas, app promos, and tutorials. This role is for someone who is equally strong in design, editing, and motion, and is excited to use the latest image and video generation models to push visual storytelling without losing polish, clarity, or brand consistency.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Creative Vision: Own projects from ideation through final delivery, handling concepting, storyboarding, editing, motion, and sound.
- Innovate with AI:



Integrate the latest AI image and video generation tools into your workflow to accelerate production and develop high-impact visual iterations.
- Craft Diverse Content: Produce everything from high-impact brand campaigns and performance ads to micro-dramas and app promos.
- Maintain Visual Excellence: Ensure all outputs align with our brand identity while keeping your finger on the pulse of current trends in motion and platform-specific formats.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio showing narrative-driven short content.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A sharp eye for composition, typography, and color theory.
- Experience using AI tools for production, not just experimentation.
- Bonus: Skills in 3D (Blender, C4D, Unreal, Houdini) or experience building MOGRTS and reusable After Effects systems.

Bonus Skills

- 3D skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal, Houdini, or similar
- Experience building templates and workflows such as MOGRTs, reusable After Effects systems, or advanced compositing and VFX
