Job Summary:

The Molding Trainee is responsible for learning and assisting in the molding process of garment components as per quality and production standards. The trainee will operate molding equipment under supervision, follow safety procedures, and support daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn the molding process and machine operations.
- Assist in setting up and operating molding machines under supervision.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Ensure molded components meet quality specifications.
- Identify and report defects or machine abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Adhere to all safety rules and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in training programs and continuously improve technical skills.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:





- Minimum 8th/10th/12th Pass (or equivalent).
- Freshers are preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
