Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with at least 2 years of experience in developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX implementation skills, experience integrating with IoT devices over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and hands-on experience publishing applications to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build pixel-perfect, responsive, and smooth user interfaces with excellent user experience.
- Develop and maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Create dashboards, monitoring screens, analytics views, and device management interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with IoT devices using:

- Bluetooth Classic

- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Wi-Fi communication

- REST APIs

- WebSockets
- Work with hardware devices for real-time communication, configuration, monitoring, and control.
- Optimize application performance, startup time, battery consumption, and memory usage.
- Generate production-ready APKs, AABs, and iOS builds.
- Deploy and maintain applications on:

- Google Play Store

- Apple App Store
- Handle app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, and release management.
- Debug production issues and resolve platform-specific bugs.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding standards.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Strong experience with React Native or Flutter.
- Excellent knowledge of Dart or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of native Android and iOS platform capabilities.
- Experience designing pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma or design specifications.




- Experience building smooth animations and buttery UI interactions.
- Knowledge of state management solutions such as:

- Redux

- Provider

- Riverpod
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON data.
- Knowledge of secure authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

IoT & Device Integration (Must Have)
- Experience communicating with hardware devices via:

- Bluetooth Classic

- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Wi-Fi
- Experience handling device discovery, pairing, configuration, firmware communication, and real-time data transfer.
- Understanding of background services for continuous device communication.
- Experience implementing reliable reconnection and synchronization mechanisms.

Deployment Experience (Must Have)
- Publishing Android applications on the Google Play Store.
- Publishing iOS applications on the Apple App Store.

Good to Have
- Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics).

- Knowledge of offline data synchronization and local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
