Summary:

Looking for MLO Designs

JD

1. Create PDD from existing Leacy MLO

- Convert Legacy MLO Designs, Kits to EGroups in Cipher MLO process.
- Create/modify 3D models, part positions, and review all design changes for fit and compliance.
- Coordinate and review cable routing activities for accuracy.
- Participate in release process for Designs driving "Right First Time" outcomes.
- Safeguard PDD integrity during creation and sustainment phases.

1. PDD Change Management

- Help PMA, DEA and DE teams to unlock the PDD for design changes.
- Perform Checklist-driven Design Reviews (model accuracy, tolerance stack-up, interferences, FFF deviations, etc.).
- Maintain rigorous documentation and traceability for all design changes.

1. Issue Identification & Resolution

- Identify design issues, log and track to closure in PIVOT.
- Resolve minor issues directly; escalate and assign major issues to responsible DEs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Compare CAD models with JT files, coordinating fixes with support staff as needed.

1. Downstream Enablement

- Support NPMEs in kit/assembly creation and reconciliation using the PDD.
- Ensure alignment between Design, Mfg. and all downstream consumers.




- Control access to Cipher Transitioned Kits, unlocking and reviewing changes to ensure process compliance.
- Create and maintain digital twins for shipment validation and lab trial tracking

1. Reporting, Training & Enablement

- Publish reports covering activities, issues, and compliance with metrics.
- Conduct Cipher training sessions for stakeholders.
- Provide quick-help documentation and ongoing enablement resources

Skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in,

- NX, 3D modeling, Cable Routing etc.
- Creating & managing Teamcenter Product Structures.
- Current Applied’ s MLO, CAP Code, TND Management.

Good at,

- Analytical Skills to identify Design issues, optimize BOM st
