It’s also a great make-ahead option, allowing you to enjoy your gathering without last-minute stress. The combination of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries provides a patriotic flair, making it an excellent choice for all-American celebrations. The red, white and blue colors of the cake add a festive touch to any table.

This icebox cake is a summer staple whenever you’re craving a sweet treat.
